I came across something written that mentions Dadiči got granted land at the base of Paklenica National park just below the Paklarič Museum in Starigrad but toward Seline, I remember as a young kid my dad Franjo Dadič trying to explain to people that he was born in between Starigrad and Seline, but back to what I read that the writer wasn’t sure if they came from the over populated islands of Ugljan or Kornati Or from Zadar hinterland and that was around the time that a Croatian bishop paid for safe passage to bring 20 something brave Catholic Albanian families that fought off the ottoman army that was marching into Europe off their lands around Shkoer on Shkodra Lake Albania for some time until the bishop settled them around Zadar in the year 1720 something, Dadiči got mentioned with the Albanian families because Croatian rulers where trying to populate the land with as many Catholics as they could.
