My last name is matkovic my father born in Canada but his father, my grandfather was born in Jasenice Croatia, after not joining yugoslav army he fled the country totally he met my grandmother also from Croatia, mrljane to be exact, got married and moved to Victoria Canada were they had 4 kids and happily live there lives.

My Grandmother is Neda Matkovic born and raised in Ravca croatia married my grandfather Stipe Trlin and they migrated to New zealand after the war. If anyone knows any information as they have passed on when I was 15 years old and we never got to keep in touch with family as they were the only ones that did. I would really like to find my family.
